Dark Fantasy — With Guns! Witchfire is a first-person shooter that emerges from the creative minds behind acclaimed titles like Painkiller and Bulletstorm. This is not your typical roguelite; it's designed for those who crave challenging yet immensely rewarding gameplay, offering a plethora of paths to victory. In a world engulfed in a relentless war against malevolent witches, the Church resorts to desperate measures, delving into the forbidden realm of pagan magic. Here, they transform willing sinners into immortal witch hunters known as "preyers." Armed with a formidable arsenal of spells and fearsome firearms, crafted by the most skilled Vatican sorcerers, your mission is clear: locate the notorious witch of the Black Sea, dismantle the phantom army that shields her, and secure a mysterious artifact capable of decisively tipping the scales of this ongoing conflict. Step into an immersive realm of dark fantasy, where the line between reality and nightmare blurs. Like The Astronauts' previous masterpiece, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, Witchfire harnesses the power of photogrammetry technology to deliver visuals that will leave you in awe. Traverse a grim and haunting world that draws you into its depths, where every shadow conceals secrets, and danger lurks around every corner. Witchfire invites you to master a unique blend of magic and firepower as you confront the horrors of a world at war with witches. Prepare for a journey that challenges your skills, wits, and determination, and immerse yourself in a dark fantasy experience that will leave an indelible mark on your gaming adventures.
