RELIC KEY · POLICY DRAFT

Privacy notice

This draft explains the information currently handled by Relic Key. It is not Kinguin’s privacy policy.

This draft describes the store’s current operation. Legal operator details, a monitored support contact and supplier-contract review are still required before it is a complete launch policy. It does not replace mandatory consumer rights.

Account and order information

The store handles your account email, authentication information, display name, permanent username, saved products, referral attribution and purchase records. A Solana wallet address is stored if you provide one for future rewards. These records support account access, digital delivery, order history, referral tracking and security.

Payments and suppliers

NOWPayments processes crypto checkout and payment status notifications. Kinguin supplies ordered digital products using supplier product identifiers and order references. Lovable Cloud hosts account and order data and managed authentication emails. These providers also operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Do not assume Kinguin’s privacy notice covers information collected by this store.

Browser storage

The app uses browser storage for signed-in sessions and pending referral attribution. Cart selections are kept for the current page session. Referral attribution may be linked to your account when you sign in. Clearing storage may sign you out or remove a pending referral link.

Wallets and blockchain

Public wallet addresses are not private keys. Do not send a seed phrase or private key to the store. Cryptocurrency transactions may be publicly visible on the relevant blockchain and cannot generally be erased by Relic Key.

Retention and privacy requests

Account and order records are retained to operate the store and resolve order, security and legal issues. Exact retention periods, legal bases, international-transfer safeguards and a privacy contact require the operator’s jurisdiction and final legal review. Applicable access, correction, deletion and other mandatory privacy rights remain unaffected; the request channel must be established before launch.
