Terms of sale

For digital products purchased through Relic Key, not purchases made directly on Kinguin.

This draft describes the store’s current operation. Legal operator details, a monitored support contact and supplier-contract review are still required before it is a complete launch policy. It does not replace mandatory consumer rights.

Products and activation

Check the platform, region, edition, activation instructions and any subscription restrictions before paying. A key, gift card or subscription must match your account and location. Products are supplied digitally, not as physical items. Prices and availability can change until an order is accepted.

Payments and delivery

Checkout uses NOWPayments for cryptocurrency payments. Order amounts are denominated in euros; other displayed currencies are indicative conversions. Use the exact asset, network, amount and instructions shown at checkout. Network confirmation and supplier processing may delay delivery. Payment alone is not evidence that a key has been delivered; check your account order status.

Supplier relationship

Relic Key sources digital products through Kinguin’s eCommerce API. Relic Key is a separate storefront, not Kinguin’s consumer marketplace. Kinguin’s marketplace return windows and balance-credit rules are not automatically the terms of a purchase here. Supplier investigations may be needed for order issues, without removing your mandatory rights.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials and delivered keys private. Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorized transactions or abuse. Usernames are unique, lowercase and chosen once; they also act as referral codes.

Cashback and referrals

Eligible confirmed purchases record 10% cashback eligibility in Relic Coins. Qualifying referred purchases also record 10% eligibility for the inviter. Relic Coins are not yet issued: the Solana token, conversion rate and payouts are not launched. No cash value or redemption date is promised by the current reward record.

Consumer protections

Nothing in this draft excludes rights that cannot legally be waived. Digital-content withdrawal rules depend on applicable law and any valid consent to immediate supply. Merely paying, opening an account or viewing this page does not record such consent.
