About this product
The end of humanity is near. Mysterious monoliths have appeared on Earth, and a terrorist group known as New World has harnessed their power to unleash a selective extinction. Humanity's last hope lies with you and the Adreno-Gauntlet, a legendary gauntlet that transforms pure adrenaline into absolute destruction. Extinction Rifts is a frenetic action FPS inspired by PlayStation 1-era classics, but with explosive new mechanics. Combine intense gunplay with combo-based melee combat: the more you fight, the stronger you become. Reach the peak of fury and unleash the ultimate move, the Extinction Punch, capable of obliterating all enemies and destroying an entire monolith in a single impact. Explore secret bases, discover hidden secrets, unlock new weapons and abilities, and choose your playstyle. Each match is a race against time, against the enemy… and against extinction itself. Will you be able to destroy all the monoliths and save the planet? Key Features Frantic arcade-style FPS: fast-paced action with boomer shooter DNA. Unique combo system: the more you fight, the more destructive your attacks become. Extinction Punch: Build up adrenaline and unleash a devastating blow that wipes out all nearby enemies. Varied weapons and abilities: 8 destructive weapons and 5 unique powers to customize your strategy. Secrets and replayability: discover hidden areas, multiple endings and challenging rankings. Modern aesthetic with a retro twist: PS1-era inspired visual filter to immerse yourself in nostalgia. Play your way: advance with absurd combos or finish the campaign without using them. Global cross-platform leaderboard: Compete for your place in the rankings against players from all platforms! Prove you're the best!
