About this product
Rocket of Whispers takes place in a distant world that was brought to its knees by an apocalyptic plague. Earthbound spirits now wander the ruins of their homeland, unable to move on to the afterlife. The story centers around John, the son of a rocket engineer, and Fei, a witch who awoke from twenty years of cryogenic sleep. Together, they must gather what little material they can find to build a rocket, and launch a space burial to return the wandering souls to their final resting place. Rocket of Whispers is a single-player adventure where players explore a vast snowy wasteland for rocket materials. As you dig through ruins and craft equipment to travel further, the story behind the demise of their world will slowly unfold through the artifacts you find. Features EMBARK ON A HEARTWARMING JOURNEYAn emotionally-driven story about purpose, and loneliness. Follow the journey of John and Fei as they deal with spirits telling unfulfilled wishes, face the demons of their past, and learn to say goodbye. EXPLORE A LAND OF RUINSTravel through a post-apocalyptic winter filled with ruins and remnants of a fallen land. Uncover the world step by step, from a once thriving town to the remains of an industrial explosion, and much more. BUILD TO SURVIVECraft tools to help you reach greater distances, and gather the materials needed to build a rocket yourself. COLLECT MEMORIES OF THE PASTExplore the wasteland for over 100 beautifully drawn artifacts with stories to match, and find out about their past.
